He was predeceased by: his father Terry Jean Swaim; and his brothers, John Swaim and Tracy Swaim. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Swaim and Paige Swaim; his siblings, Lisa Reed and Roger Swaim; and his grandchildren, Isaac Perry, Gabriella Ramirez and Henry Swaim.
