He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Snyder and Norma Snyder; his wife Jean Snyder; his siblings, Jack Beach, David Beach, Donald Terrazzi and Sherry Best; and his nephew Noah Peery.

He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Canard (Derek); his siblings, Deborah Vasey (Eric) of Virginia, Kim Cochran (Rick) of Virginia, Marilyn Breyel (Mike) of Alabama, Marla Owens (Gary) of Virginia and Sam Baker of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Britany Simmons (Mason), Eryka Garrett, Aidan Canard, Rylie Canard and Jonathan Simmons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and many good friends.
