He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Collins and Kelly Collins (Ford) of Greers Ferry; his sisters, Kailey Collins of Newark, Skylar Collins Ballard (Mickey) of Newark, Madison Collins of Greers Ferry and Lillyanna Bryant of Newport; his grandparents, Junior Collins of Greers Ferry, Donna, Edward Popejoy of Newport, David and Carolyn Ford of Trumann; his aunts and uncles, Terri, Steven Prichard of Deer Park, Angie Watson of Trumann and Kevin Ford of Trumann; his great-aunt Betty Stegall of South Haven, Mississippi; his cousin Karen Berry of South Haven, Mississippi; and his son Eros.
