With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Jean Kerst of Greers Ferry, Arkansas, who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Webb Varner and Florence Varner; her husband Alfred Eugene Kerst; her children, John Louis Kerst, Rebecca Lou Kerst, Paul Kerst (Cecilia) of Conway, AR and Judi Foster (Jerry) of San Andreas, CA.; her grandchildren, Katie Kerst of Conway, Jeffrey "Lou" Kerst of Fayetteville, Brandon Foster (Jesse) of Lake City and Rachel Page (David) of Brookland, AR.; and her niece Vada Wrinkle of Marmaduke, AR. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
