She was predeceased by: her mother Darlene Boudreaux (Herbert). She is survived by: her father Woodrow Boudreaux (Donna); her siblings, Denise McEntire, David Bernard, Dawn Richardson, Dana Johnston (Eric), Daniel Bernard, Jessica Bernard, Denver Bernard and Jacob Boudreaux (Whitney); and her children, Shyla, Hagen Moore and Emberly Murphree.
