He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Holley and Johnnie Holley; and his brothers, James Ovie (Sue), Johnny Ray (Eva) and Charles Holley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ruth, Bob Holley, Ted Holley (Dixie), Eveie Sue and Dana Lou Hinson; his children, Shanna, Tina and James; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Colten, Garrett, Mason and Keegan; and his great grandchildren, Georgia, Warren and Morrison.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Greers Ferry Volunteer Fire Department in David's honor.
