He was predeceased by: his brothers, Royce Lowe, Harold Lowe and Carroll Ray Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lowe; and his children, Bryant Lowe of Greenwood, Kimberly Lowe of Greenwood, Aletha Little of Greenwood and Suzan Lowe (Gillian) of Cary. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
