He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stacey and Rita Stacey (Middleton); and his siblings, Lela Mae Chapin, Peggy Brelent, Jimmy Rae Stacey and Duane Stacey.
He is survived by: his sister Glenda Stacey of Springdale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and friends.
