He is survived by: his son Randall Stout (Robin) of Greenwood; his brother Jimmy Welch of Skiatook, OK; his grandchildren, Justin Stout (Brittney) of Greenwood and Brittany Stout of Tulsa, OK; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Hayden and Ezra Stout.
