With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Dean Dillard (Greenwood, Arkansas), who passed away on October 19, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Drew Cox and Mamie Cox of Rock Island, Oklahoma.; her husband Homer Lee Dillard; and her siblings, Robert Lee, Harold Franklin, James Loyd Cox, Betty June Tankersley (Cox), Clara May Dow, Ruby Fay Kozderka and Geraldine Pat Tankersley.

She is survived by: her daughters, Wilma Montgomery (Larry), Cheryl Garrett (James), Brenda Rhyne (Billy) and Glenda Doss (Mike); her grandchildren, Curtis Hearn (Brenda), Terry Hearn, Jon, Rick Montgomery, Travis Garrett (Jennifer), Whitney Overbey (John), Shane Doss (Lori) and Allen Doss (Tara); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Jessica, Sonja Hearn, Kali, Cara, Rex, Austin, Justin Hearn, Marlie, Lincoln Hearn, Miles, Juliana, Orion, Joslyn, Gain Montgomery, Eli, Kaylee Garrett, Aubrey, Abigail Overbey, Michael, Cole Doss, Cortlyn and Peyton Doss; and her great great grandchildren, Kimber, Loren, Jackson, Baylor and Abel. She is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
