He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Antone Knoff and Brenda Ann Knoff (Leonard). He is survived by: his siblings, Shari Blann (Michael) of Lawton, Valerie Deuel (Tony) of Rush Springs, Oklahoma and Kenneth Knoff of Lawton, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
