He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Karl); his daughters, Tanya (Rick Cusick) and Tamera (Brad Floyd); his grandchildren, Heather Wynn, Blake Seamans, Michael, Brandon and Breanna Cusick; his brother Kenneth Conrad; and his wife Sue of Roger Conrad. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
