It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sadie Darlene Nelson of Greenwood, Arkansas, born in Leesville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion "Blackie" Verdell Bagwell Sr. and Etta 'Bernice' Bagwell (Smith); and her sisters, Cheryl Ingracia and Gloria Jeanne "Butch" Balch. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Phelps and Chrissie Cooper; her grandson Justin Eads; her brother Marion "Dale" Verdell Bagwell, Jr.; and her niece Kimberly Stiefel of Greenwood.
