She was predeceased by: her husbands, Foy Coolidge and Guy Nichols; her parents, Agnes Lovett and Tip Lovett; her siblings, Robert Lovett, Ruby Hayes and Lois Vaughn; her son-in-law David Randall; and her granddaughter Miranda Samo.

She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Nichols (Gina) and Gary Don Nichols (Karen); her stepson Winston Nichols; and her daughters, Michelle Samo (Randy), Gail Evans (Larry) and Susie Nichols-Randall (Kurt Sunberg). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
