She is survived by: her husband Joseph Nichols Smith; her children, Gary Smith of Fort Smith and Laura Clawson of Emporia, Kansas; and her sister Helen Coplin of Dayton. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
