She is survived by: her husband Richard Johnson; her children, Alvin Kuiper, Kyle Johnson of Coalinga, Justin Johnson (Haley) of Bakersfield, California, Natalie Barton (Chris) of Elizabeth, Kimberly Martinez (Jesse) of Bakersfield and Tammy Kuiper of Lake Isabella, California; and her siblings, Jimmy Phillips of Atoka, Lindsay Phillips (Annette) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Angel Smith (Dave Miner) of Florence and Joyce Brady of Atoka, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
