He was predeceased by: his daughter Rosa Lynn Wood; and his sisters, Kathy Allen and Carolyn Rasnake. He is survived by: his wife Dana Allen; his children, Jason Young, Joshua Allen, Wayne Allen, Tammy Lampley, Christina Zimmerman and Brittney Sanders; and his brothers, Hunt Allen, Jr., Richard Allen and Glen Allen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
