She is survived by: her sons, Steve Cummings (Carol) of Kansas City, KS and Mark Zietlow (Arlene McGarrah) of Fort Smith; and her grandchildren, Kari, Scott, Sean, Kayla, Bre, Chris, Phillip, Jr., Erica and Tyler. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
