He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerald Deane, Mary Jane Cozort of Swifton, Monroe and Doris D. Stallings of Greenwood; and his stepgrandparents, Bob and Pauline Quall.

He is survived by: his wife LaTosha Ann Berry-Cozort of Greenwood; his children, Derek, Toby Cozort and Ashley Cozort; his father Garold Cozort; his stepmother Pam Cozort of Fort Smith; his mother Deborah Burris of Fort Smith; his parents-in-law, Delbert Berry (Carrie) of Van Buren and Sherri Stone (Don) of Greenwood; his siblings, Keith Costa (Jennifer) of Hackett, Scott Frame of Fort Smith, Christopher Cozort (Marlaine) of Fort Smith and Sara McCuen (Jason) of Greenwood; and his brothers-in-law, Damon (Katie) of Oklahoma City, William Stone of Roland, Braylee Calvert (Tyler) of Fort Smith and Kenley Berry (Joe Hamby) of Van Buren. He is also survived by many aunt, uncles and cousins that he loved and adored and nephews and nieces.
