She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilberton Eugene and Blonda Etta Howard (King); her husband Billy Lee Johnson; and her sons, Ricky Lee and Terence "T. J.".
She is survived by: her brothers, Jackie and Michael Howard; her daughter-in-law Mary Johnson of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Tara Elliott (Scott) of Huntington, Tyler Johnson (Kim) of Greenwood and Skylar Johnson of Fort Smith; her great grandchildren, Aspen Payton, Wyatt Elliott and Reed Johnson; and her sister Donna Dahlem (Rick) of Fort Smith.
