He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Christopher of Fort Smith, Jonathan of Greenwood and Timothy of Wauseon, OH; his mother Rozelle McCoy of Fort Smith; and his sisters, LaTressa Miller and Rhonda Lovell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
