She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Phelps, Jr.; and her grandson Robert Ryan Daniel. She is survived by: her children, Edward Neal Phelps (Kathi) of Gravette, Jimmy Phelps (Gloria) of Ten Sleep, Wyoming and Susan Daniel (Robert) of Emerson, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Shane (Mandy Phelps), Heath (Shannon Phelps), Kandice Larsen, Tara (Lee Coffman) and Chase (Talea Alanis); and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Harper, Seth, Kyra, Rhys, Cole, Alana, Katie, Ella, Titus and Emanon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her honor may be made to Midland Assembly of God, 501 N 6th St, Midland, AR 72945.
