She is survived by: her husband David Wasson; her children, Jeff Wasson of Fort Smith, Rod Wasson of Van Buren and Kimberly Shipley of Greenwood; and her brother Wiley Echols of Fort Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital or Heart of Hospice.
