He was predeceased by: his father Larry Payton; his grandparents, Ray, Delephlene Hope, Jack and Viva Payton; and his mother-in-law Alane Renner.
He is survived by: his wife Kendra Payton; his sons, Logan Daniel Payton and Samuel David Payton; his mother Linda Payton (Hope) of Tulsa, OK; his brother Jason Payton (Keya) of Tulsa, OK; his father-in-law David Renner of Greenwood; and his sister-in-law Ashley Wieneke (Matthew) of Greenwood.
In lieu of flowers, savings accounts have been established at Farmers Bank for Logan and Samuel Payton's college fund.
