He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norman and Barbara Joy Jennings (Mankin); and his brother John Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Jennings; his children, Zachary Jennings and Lacey Witcher; and his sister Jo Hall. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
