He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Hogge and Doris Hogge; his former wife Linda; his son Richard Hogge; his son-in-law Mark Stevens; his stepmother Frances Hogge; his parents-in-law, Myrtle Bellah, Laura Tyler and JC Bellah; his siblings, Carl Hogge, Roy Hogge and Bobbie Hill; and his brother-in-law Robert Hill Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Donna Hogge; his daughter Melinda Stevens; his daughter-in-law Melody Allen; his grandchildren, Mandy Slaten (Bubba), Jessica Scantling (Lucas), Adrianne King (Matt) and Chelsei Trevisiol (Roger); and his great grandchildren, Payton, Sawyer, Sutton Scantling, Christopher, Chandler Garibay, Linda Harrington, Carter and Caroline King.
