He was predeceased by: his parents, Frella Oliver and Berniece Oliver; and his son Frella Clayton Oliver. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Oliver of Greenwood and Mark Oliver of O'Fallon, MO; his stepson Kenneth Dulworth of Plano, TX; and his brother Lester Oliver of Bentonville. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
