He was predeceased by: his daughter Bobbi Jean Allen; his parents, Everette Alva and Helen Margaret Allen (Lacy); and his siblings, Elwanda, Jimmy and Jerry Allen.

He is survived by: his son Everette Ray Allen Jr.; and his grandchildren, Samantha Brock, Everette Ray Allen III, Cassandra Kring, Candace Allen, Jeremy Allen, Matthew Kring and David Allen. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
