She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Wesley Skaggs and Doris Josephine Morrow Skaggs; her brother Stanley Morrow Skaggs; her father-in-law Irvin Gene Quillman; and her brothers-in-law, Reverend Royce Lynn Lowe and Reverend James Robert Fields.

She is survived by: her husband James Ray Quillman of Frisco, Texas; her children, James Ryan Quillman (Amity Nicole) of Plano, Texas and Heather Elizabeth Quillman of Plano, Texas; her grandsons, Hayden Patrick Quillman of Mineola and Easton McCoy Turner of Plano, Texas; her mother-in-law Janice Ann Quillman of Greenwood, Arkansas; her siblings, Morgan Wesley Skaggs (Ruth Ellen) of Greenwood, Linda Gail Lowe of Batesville, Delores Ann Fields of Fort Smith, JoElla Beth Skaggs of Greenwood, Mary Alesia Campbell (Mark Bowden) of Edmond, William Warren Skaggs (Pamela Lynn) of Ada and Jennifer Leigh Sweeten (Kelly Dwayne) of Rogers; and her brother-in-law Larry Don Quillman (Teresa Jane) of Greenwood, Arkansas.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
