Effie Loretta Watkins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 83, Effie Loretta Watkins of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Brasher and Ruby Rogers Brasher; and her sister Sarah Vie Brasher. She is survived by: her son Wyatt Watkins (Deborah); her granddaughter Hannah; her great grandchildren, Weston Scroggins, Sutton Scroggins and Rhett Grimes; her daughter Laura Cahoon (Mel); her grandson Tyras Hale (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Aubree, Sunniva Hale and Norma Rupe.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rye Hill Baptist Church (11501 US-71, Fort Smith, AR 72916). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
