He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Lou Fosdyck; and his brother Larry Fosdyck. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Schroeder (Mike) of Davenport, IA, Lora Johnson (Bill) of Geneseo, IL and Rebecca Mattan (Ed) of Greenwood; his half-brothers, Ronnie Fuller of Davenport, IA and David Fuller of Arizona; and his grandsons, Nick, Travis Mattan and Nathan Johnson.
