He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Crockett and Hazel Crockett of Arkoma; and his siblings, Howard Crockett of Arkoma, Pat Dodson of Arkoma and Gail Vaughn of Arkoma.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel Crockett; his children, Tony Crockett (Janet) of Fort Smith and Teresa Hart (Dennis) of Fort Smith; his sisters, Linda Martin of Wister, OK and Carol Ray (Paul) of Van Buren; and his grandsons, Tony, Andrew Crockett, Doug, Justin Dedmon, Jeremy, Joseph Hart and Nathan Staton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
