He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Franklin and Viola Franklin; and his brother Mike Franklin. He is survived by: his siblings, Rickey Franklin, Connie Skinner and Cathy Franklin; his uncle Don Alexander; and his aunt Peggy Alexander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews: numerous great nieces and nephews.
