He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Frank, Mary Ann Sloan, Dorothy Williams and Margaret McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Martha Frank; his daughters, Susan Terrell (Raymond) of Van Buren and Vicki Zamudio (Alex) of North Carolina; his stepson Steven Nelson (Beverly) of Fort Smith; and his brother John Frank (Joan) of Hartford, MI. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
