He is survived by: his parents, Nicole Crippen and Vernon Smith; his brother Alex Smith (Andrea); his significant other Sage Neece; his grandmothers, Carolyn Crippen and Barbara Smith; his aunts and uncles, Patti Spradley (Jay), Chris Murphree (Robert), Susan Mitchell (Ed), Curtis Crippen and Don Ezell (Karla); and his niece Meritt Smith. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
