He is survived by: his wife Gina Cusick (Clemente); his son Ben Ethan Cusick; his father-in-law Bernardo Clemente; his sister-in-law Imelda Smith (Shane); his nieces and nephews, Shanette, Ofelia Salasac, Mary Grace and Tina Celemente; his cousins, Suerte, Pete Galvan and Maricris Riggs; his children, Rick Cusick (Tanya) of Greenwood and Darlene Allison (Rick) of Hackett; his sister Joy Howard (Adron) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Heather (Nolan Wynn), Michael (Christine Cusick), Brandon Jordan, Breanna Cusick, Tiffany (Sevoy Elmore) and Derick Allison (Falan Allison); and also Nena Clemente.
