She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franklin Neisler and Viola Henley Neisler; her spouse Montie Laneal Ray; her son Keith Ray; her siblings, Evelyn Carson, Ina Blackman and R. B. Neisler; and her son-in-law Jim Carter.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Carter of Greenwood; her grandson Brock Ray (Jennifer) of New Hope, Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Collin Ray and Bonnie Ray of New Hope, Minnesota; her daughter-in-law Barbara Verchot of St. Cloud, Florida; her siblings, Faye Upton of Huntington and Donald Neisler of Greenwood; her close friends, Gwen and Bob Woodhull of Greenwood; and her caregivers, Khristabeth Atkinson, Delanee Benson and Ashton Brownfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
