He was predeceased by: his parents, Sullivan Blythe and Iris Blythe (Neisler) of Barber; and his grandson Garrett Blythe of Fort Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Blythe (Pearcy) of Barber; his children, Keith Blythe (Laura) of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Kim Hadley (Kelly) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Savannah Hadley-Demark (Brock DeMark) of Bloomington, Indiana, Will Hadley of Fayetteville, Hayden Blythe of Fort Smith and Grant Blythe of Fort Smith; his sister Linda Leysath (Erskine) of Beaumont, Texas.; and his nephew Bobby. He is also survived by animals with his children and grandchildren.
