He is survived by: his wife Ellen Phillips; his daughters, Dolores Hudson (JC) of Winslow and Donna Bramlet (Brian) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his siblings, Leon Phillips of Fayetteville, Gary Phillips of Prairie Grove, Junior Phillips of Lincoln, Dwight Phillips of Prairie Grove, Billie Sue Vickery of Prairie Grove and Debbie Hudson of Hogeye; his grandchildren, Ashley Willbanks and Nina McCarty; and his great grandchildren, Madison McCarty, Olivia McCarty, Ava Chapman, Zac Willbanks and Reed Willbanks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will hold a private funeral service due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
