He is survived by: his mother Jackie Verser Tapley; his wife Kelly Tapley; his children, Kaki Miller (Chaney), Jade Spotts (Justin) and Sam Harris; his grandchildren, Teal Raeleigh, Pace and Hutch; his brother Jay Tapley; and his stepmother Jan Tapley.
