He is survived by: his wife Joyce Brock Palmer; his son Bruce Palmer (Amber) of Dennard; his grandson Luke Palmer; his brother Rod Palmer of Citrus Heights, CA; his niece Theresa Driskill (Kevin) of Citrus Heights, CA; his nephew Greg Palmer (Nicole) of Sacramento, CA; his great-nephew Ty Christian; his great-niece Makenzie Christian; and his siblings-in-law, Marty Brock (Karen) of Perry, FL and Janie Brock of Hector, AR.
