Peggy Sue Iry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Sue Iry of Greenbrier, Arkansas, who passed away on January 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Peggy Sue may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Bates and Eunice Moore; her husband William Iry; her son David Iry; and her siblings, Voncil Gardner, Molly Wells, Leroy Bates, Bobby Sam Bates and Willis Bates.
She is survived by: her daughter Missy Tillman; and her siblings, Bertie Stephens and Pete Bates (Rita). She is also survived by five grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
