He is survived by: his mother Nancy Heizman Combs; his wife Susi; his stepchildren, Tammy Freeman, John Freeman (Melissa) and Eric Smith; his granddaughter Bailey Smith; and his sisters, Jan Patterson (Glenn), Melanie Combs and Sharon Combs-Bradford (Chad). He is also survived by many grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
