She is survived by: her daughter Jolie Kate Garrison; her parents, Pamela Bostwick (Kirk) and George McIntosh (Sherry); her brother Michael David McIntosh; her nieces, Brooklyn, Kennedy and Kaylee; her sister Nakisha Cook; her aunts and uncles, Kathy Castleman, Virginia Riley (Mike), Joe McIntosh (Ann) and Bob Castleman; and her cousins, Virginia Thomas (Max), Elizabeth Kyle (Matt), Mike Mark, Virginia Clark (Matt), Edward Riley, Kate McCord, Reed McCord, Miles Thomas, Michelle Riley (Matt), Rachel Isbell (Jon), Jonathon McIntosh (Monica), Joseph McIntosh (Sara) and Jared Castleman.
