He was predeceased by: his parents, B. H. Hartwick and Barbara Hartwick; and his wife Beth Hartwick. He is survived by: his children, Brad Hartwick (Audra), Cody Hartwick (Penny) and Brooke Worden (Dusty); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hartwick, Justin Hartwick, Lora Hartwick, Ally Hartwick, Sarah Worden and Wes Worden; and his brothers, Bill and Jim Hartwick. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
