He is survived by: his children, Carol Lott-Sumler, Beverly Leach (Tony), James Lott, Jr. (Pat Lott) and Gina Ferguson (Bill); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Phillips, Niki Nichols, Robert "Vivian" Dixon, James Lott III and Emily Lott. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
