He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; his parents, Claud Clevinger and Rushia Clevinger; and his siblings, Earl, Clyde, James Clevinger and Marie Lester.
He is survived by: his close friend Kay Bush of Greenbrier; his children, Cherie Sullivan (Danny) of Fayetteville, Georgia and Randy Clevinger (Tammy) of Vilonia; his grandchildren, Renee F. Hatcher, Clay Clevinger (Lexi) and Cole Clevinger (Kristen); and his great grandchildren, Brennan Hatcher, Charlee Jean Clevinger and Whitley Clevinger.
