He is survived by: his mother Greta Malinda Brazzil of Greenbrier; his wife Debbie Brazzil; his daughters, Lauren Tigert of Conway and Paige Fortner (Christopher) of Guy, Arkansas; his sister Catherine Hatch (Ron) of Panguitch; and his grandchildren, Urijah Fortner, Gabriella Fortner and Jackie Hedrick.
