He is survived by: his wife Cloedean Cotton Scroggins; his daughters, Carrie Milholland (Myron) of Greenbrier, AR and Cathy Davis (Josh) of Springdale, AR; his grandchildren, Ross (Lindsey), Della, James, Rylie and Claire; and his siblings, Bobby, Johnny, Charles, Michael and Barbara Mountjoy.
