He is survived by: his children, Charles Mitchell Kelley and Shela Sturgeon (Tim); his grandchildren, Amanda Pagels, Timothy Sturgeon, Jr. and Nikki Tigert; and his great grandchildren, Ty Sturgeon, Hannah Sturgeon, Jasmine Messenger, Aidan Messenger and Alex Belcourt. He is also survived by his family, and his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren were the love of his life.
